PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFO

***PAYMENT*** We accept paypal, credit cards, money orders and personal checks. Please realize that any payment- especially checks or money orders have to fully clear before we can ship any items out. So please do keep that time frame in mind when planning on purchasing. If you would like to pay with any other method other than paypal please email the name of the item/s you are interested in and your location so we can send you a total and make an order sheet for you so we can get your items created and ready to ship once payment has been recieved and cleared.



***SHIPPING***

All U.S. orders for wings, costumes and accessories are shipped via **USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION** upon the item's completion, which will take up to three weeks during our busiest season. We do not send out tracking numbers as we only use DC as seller 'protection' but if you would like the DC number please ask and we will happily send it your way!

Our usual turn around is much shorter so you can expect your item to arrive in 7-10 days usually. However- we do get very busy during several seasons throughout the year, so please allow up to three weeks for the delivery of your wings or costumes. If you have a question about how long it will take to recieve your order, feel free to send Chase an email at ivebeenfairybadd@yahoo.com as she is responsible for the creation of all of our wings. She can give you a better timeline of when you can expect your item/s. August-October is our busiest season- so you can expect to wait the full three weeks for wings and four weeks for costumes. Please order your Halloween items early as we do get booked solid as Halloween approaches.

International orders are sent first class air-mail with priority mail available upon request and for an additional fee. International orders take 10-14 days to arrive once shipped- but some only take 4-5 depending on location. We mail overseas regularly and we have NO control over customs holding items for an additional day or two but it is very rare.

Our base shipping costs is the average cost for the majority of our orders, we hate charging for shipping so we do try to keep it as fair as possible. International shipments run at least $12 but usually start at $15. We try to charge the bare minimum and usually end up fitting the bill for shipping charges.
