Thank you for taking an interest in Dual Fantasy Studios creations! All of the items on this site are handmade or embellished per order as ordered. ***We do NOT keep anything in 'stock' so to speak, so each order is made individually for every client***



The typical turn around time is 7-10 days after purchasing, with many items shipping before then. However, we do get surprise large orders or RUSH orders that come in unexpectedly so please expect at 21 day arrival date from the time you place your order. Turnaround times vary and depend on our current workload. Some items will take up to six weeks during our busiest season, if you would like to get an estimate on current turnaround times please feel free to contact us or visit our Facebook page.



Our busiest season is August-October for Halloween and fall weddings, please note that it can take up to SIX WEEKS to complete your order depending on our schedule and the purchase/s made during the busy season.

Please be patient in ordering items and if you have a question about the time frame feel free to an email and we can give you an accurate shipping date.

In regards to Halloween season 2011: We will eventually get booked solid for Halloween as we have for the past 9 years and our site will no longer allow orders to be placed once we reach our limit- so if you are waiting to order a costume or wings for Halloween- please do so soon as our schedule will be filling up extremely fast and we will have an earlier cut off this year to prevent worrying customers having to wait till the last minute for their items.
