Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Custom orders can take up to three weeks to be completed- however most have a turn around of only a week. (Depending on schedules) Pre-made wings are shipped within 48 hours of ordering.

Your wings will arrive in a box, delicately wrapped in matching tissue paper, with a small amount of matching fairy dust, and a handwritten thank-you note.

Your wings will arrive beautifully wrapped much like a present waiting to be opened! Perfect for gift-giving to that special someone, or just a great present for yourself!

How long will it take to get my wings?

Please allow up to three weeks for custom orders- Custom orders typically are shipped within 7 days, however schedules do get packed during certain months of the year. (We will give you an estimate of how long your custom order will take upon purchasing) We don't like to keep fairies waiting!!

Pre-made wings are shipped within 48 hours of ordering.

How are my wings worn? We make all of our wings with comfortable satin straps that tie on like a back pack. You can wear them loosely or snug against your body. Rest assured your wings will not slip, slide, or cut off circulation like most elastic straps can cause wings to do. We also offer strapless wings that need to be worn with a snug-fitting top or corset, just notify us if you would prefer your wings strapless upon ordering.
