****I REALLY LIKE A PAIR OF WINGS ON YOUR SITE, BUT I NEED THEM IN A DIFFERENT COLOR/S IS THAT POSSIBLE?****

Almost all of our wings on our site can be made in the colors of your choosing, simply email Chase at ivebeenfairybadd(at)yahoo.com with the set of wings you like and the colors you would prefer and she will let you know the many options for making your choice of wings in your desired shade/s ****

****HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY WINGS?****

Wing and costume orders typically are shipped within 14 days, however schedules do get packed during certain months of the year (July-October is the busiest part of th year). So allow up to three weeks for shipment of your wings. (We will give you an estimate of how long your custom order will take upon purchasing) We don't like to keep fairies waiting!!

If you need your wings/costume/accessories sooner, please read our RUSH ORDER policy as well as email Chase at ivebeenfairybadd(at)yahoo.com to make sure she can meet your deadline (we've only had to turn down two rush orders in over ten years) but please email first before purchasing if you need your wings faster than one week.

**PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT KEEP ANY WINGS IN-STOCK..ALL WINGS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND PER ORDER BY OUR HEAD DESIGNER CHASE**

Pre-made wings (have the word 'altered' in the title) are the only wings we keep in-stock and on hand, but they still need a day of embellishment time.

****WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE WINGS?****

We do not measure any of our wings as all are hand-bent and no two are identical. However the standard size for wings is a little under 12 inches squared for baby wings, around 20 inches squared for child wings and Adult wings vary in size as many have unique frames but they are at least 24 inches across and get up to over 36 inches. If you need a better aprox size on any pair of wings, feel free to ask as we can let you know on a case by case basis, as mentioned above- no two are ever identical.

****HOW ARE MY WINGS WORN?****

We make all of our wings with comfortable satin straps that tie on like a back pack. You can wear them loosely or snug against your body. Rest assured your wings will not slip, slide, or cut off circulation like most elastic straps can cause wings to do. We also offer strapless wings that need to be worn with a snug-fitting top or corset, just notify us if you would prefer your wings strapless upon ordering.

****HOW TO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?****

We love custom orders and strive to make your wings even better than you imagine! Please send me an email at ivebeenfairybadd(at)yahoo.com to discuss what kind of wings you are looking for. Custom orders can include descriptions, photos of fabrics, sketches, samples etc. We do what we can to make sure everything is how you want it to be! If you want green and pink polka-dot wings with three sets of antennae- we will make it happen! Simply email us the type of wings you are desiring and we can list a variety of options to make them come true!

****CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING?****

Currently our website is set up to charge a flat fee per item, however- if you are planning to purchase several items, please email us at ivebeenfairybadd(at)yahoo.com and we can send you an invoice with combined shipping for your multi-item purchase.

****DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?****

Since every item at Dual Fantasies is completely created from scratch by hand, or embellished one at a time- we cannot offer wholesale pricing. We are artisans, and not a factory. We do offer discounts on multiple purchases but we cannot sell our wings at wholesale prices simply because of the time and effort we put into each unique pair of wings or costume.
