Donated heart-shaped wings for 3 year old

These lovely heart-shaped wings were donated in Feb of 2010 for a little girl's 'heart party' that fell just after Valentine's day. We were so moved by her story that we read online we felt the need to give something from the heart in honor of hers. She was born with a heart defect and underwent three open heart surgeries in under three years. In celebration of her incredible medical triumphs, she was having a heart-party on the anniversary of her hopefully LAST surgery and we couldn't resist sending her a cute accessory for her big day!
