The Beautiful Peacock Tutu Dress (custom made to your little one's measurements from NB-6 in girls) The dress is made from yards and yards of soft and shimmery bridal tulle. It has comfortable and soft satin halter ties that tie gently behind the neck. This dress also has 100% completely removable or repositionable feather accents.

Three big peacock eyes adorn the hem of this dress, they can be moved and repositioned for endless looks. There are two bodice decorations included as well. One is three real peacock eye feathers trimmed with maribou, soft and shimmering. The other is a beautiful eye perched upon a fan of shiny black feathers with some bead detailing. You can mix and match however you please or use them as hair accessories!!

You will also recieve a beautiful hair clip trimmed in maribou feathers and topped with two beautiful peacock feathers. It looks very elegant when clipped onto the side of your little one's hair.
